Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Since our company revolves around groupbuys, we have to have our mousepads manufactured which takes a good month, and to have it shipped overseas takes another month. Everyone is looking at around a two month wait time for their mousepads to arrive.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail and tracking number after manufacturing is finished.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

theflow.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

theflow.shop is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping, however we will replace if your order is wrong.
